I showed this off over at RKC, but I'm really proud of it and wanted to show if off here, too. I've been really into drawing/painting/art lately and I've spent a few hours just relaxing and drawing. I like to send them to my relatives out of state when I write to them (seldomly, but I like to let them know what's new with me & my family every now and then) The scratch-board above is of a clarinet. I love to play, and I had a lot of fun making this! It's basically a sheet of black that when "scratched" reveals a shiny gray metallic layer underneath. I really love it. ^^

Jess! This is fantastic; I'll have to try at some point!
What do you use to scratch it with?

The scratch tool was sort of pointed but tapered up to the point? ahh I dont' really know what it's called, but I think it was used specifically for scratchboards? Maybe I could try and find out for youu. :3 The tool kinda reminded me of a ink pen they'd use for calligraphy x3 Like almost that sorta shape at the end, but some-what sharp on the edges and a point. baha..
And thanks for the nice comments! ^^
